Brandi Carlile’s live album with the Seattle Symphony came out on 2 May, and I’ve really been enjoying it. I was fortunate enough to attend her concert with the Denver Symphony. It’s fun to hear her music played by the orchestra since it really changes the sound, mood and feel of all the songs.
The album can be purchased via iTunes, Amazon or Brandi’s website.
Sixty Years opens the concert and really sets the mood for how the music will play out through the show. This unofficial video isn’t the best shooting, but the music sounds really good. The album is even better.
